The Daring Way™
I am a trained facilitator of The Daring Way™ developed by Dr. Brené Brown.
The Daring Way™ is a methodology which may be used in individual or group work and invites individuals into an experience of developing courage and shame resilience and practicing vulnerability.
The Daring Way can be integrated into treatment, when applicable to the presenting issue at hand.
