Hi, I'm Audrey

It has been a true privilege to walk alongside so many resilient individuals and families throughout my years in practice. With over 13 years of postgraduate experience, I provide therapy grounded in compassion, curiosity, and respect for each person’s unique story. I’ve worked in both medical and private practice settings, which has shaped a thoughtful, practical approach to care—one that honors the very real intersection between mental, emotional, and physical health. While I work with individuals navigating a wide range of life experiences and mental health concerns, I have particular passion and expertise in perinatal mental health, adjusting to life with chronic illness, and supporting those working within medical and healthcare professions. Having spent years in medical environments myself, I understand the pressures, expectations, and emotional weight that often come with caring for others—or learning how to live in a body that suddenly feels unfamiliar. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, not rushed, and never reduced to a diagnosis.I believe therapy works best when it feels human and collaborative. I strive to be warm, down-to-earth, and genuine in my work, meeting you where you are while gently helping you move toward greater clarity, resilience, and self-compassion. I am committed to ongoing learning and integrating evidence-based approaches so that your care is both thoughtful and effective.Outside of the therapy room, I live in Southeastern Pennsylvania with my husband and our two young children. I find grounding and joy in tending to my garden, spending time with family and friends, and caring for our ever-growing collection of homestead animals.

"Audrey embodies empathy, active listening, and emotional intelligence/safety at the utmost degree. She is always caring and is able to challenge you."

What clients say...

"Audrey is compassionate, down to earth, understanding, and expresses a genuine client centered approach that makes me feel at ease even when sharing some of the most difficult experiences/moments. She has a plan for each session but seamlessly transitions to situations or topics that I need to work through. She listens with the right attitude and she is just so easy to talk with. Never did I think I would find someone that I felt got me just after a few sessions, and I did!!!"
