What do individual sessions cost?
15 minute Intake Phone Consultation (free)
Initial Intake: $160
Follow Up Sessions: $130
Do you accept insurance?
I am currently an in-network provider with Aetna & Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield. I am considered an out-of-network provider for all other insurances at this time. However, it's important to check with your insurance provider before you schedule to see if there may be options for submitting out-of-network superbills monthly for reimbursement. Regardless of whether your insurance allows you to submit superbills, you will be responsible for the full cost of treatment at the beginning of each session. If your insurance is willing to consider reimbursing you for out--of-network services, apps, such as Reimbursify, can help you tracking your reimbursement from insurance.
Why don't you take all insurances?
Providing private pay services allows the client and therapist the liberty to provide therapy unhindered by constraints placed by insurance. We can work together without a mental health diagnoses or need to prove medical necessity. Private pay allows for the therapist to tailor treatment more specifically to your unique goals of care.
What hours are you available?
I provide services between 8am-5pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays, as well as evening hours on these days from 7-9pm. I will respond to emails/phone calls within 48 hours, regardless of the day.
What is your cancellation policy?
I require 24 hour notice of an appointment cancellation, but request that you give as much notice of cancellation as possible to allow me to offer the time slot to others. Failure to provide 24 hours notice will result in a $75 no show fee.
