LCSW, Individual Therapist
Healing and restoration are often deeply spiritual acts—an invitation to slow down, to be seen, and to be held with care in the midst of life’s uncertainty. For many, therapy becomes a sacred space where vulnerability is met with compassion, where burdens are named, and where renewal can begin to take root. It is a place to speak honestly, rest from striving, and receive support without judgment.
That’s where I come in. I bring years of clinical experience, evidence-based therapeutic tools, and a respect for the ways emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being are woven together. As a fellow person in progress, I believe therapy is not about fixing what is broken, but about restoring what has been stretched, depleted, or wounded. For clients who desire it, I am open to thoughtfully integrating spirituality, faith, or meaning-making into our work in ways that feel supportive and aligned with your values.
Together, we create space for reflection, healing, and gentle restoration—honoring your story, your questions, and your pace. My hope is not only that you endure difficult seasons, but that you experience renewal, deeper connection, and a growing sense of wholeness in this one precious life you’ve been given.

When This Space Might Be Right for You:
I’m especially well-suited to work with individuals who feel overwhelmed, stretched thin, or emotionally worn down by seasons of transition or responsibility. Many of my clients are navigating pregnancy, postpartum, fertility challenges, or the emotional impact of chronic illness. Others are medical professionals or caregivers who are used to supporting everyone else and are finally ready for a space that feels supportive, steady, and just for them. For clients who find meaning in spirituality or faith and would like those elements thoughtfully incorporated into therapy, when helpful and desired, I am equipped to incorporate this into treatment. If you’re looking for a therapist who is down-to-earth, collaborative, and understands the realities of both medical systems and everyday life, you may feel at home here.
